Welcome. I’m Ellen Gregory, a licensed marriage and family therapist in New Jersey and New York. I provide therapy services to couples and families in crisis and transition, and individual therapy for those healing from abusive relationship dynamics (more about that here). I can help you and your family move forward and figure out your next steps. Crisis can be addiction. Crisis can be infidelity and other types of betrayal. Crisis can be figuring out how to recover from divorce, job loss, illness, and grief. Crisis can be coming to a point where you just can’t continue the same patterns.

I have specialized training and experience with trauma and systems and understand how hurtful patterns of communication can lead to distress and disconnection. I focus heavily on communication skills and boundary setting, so your pain and needs can be understood and responded to. I am relatable, down-to-earth, compassionate and direct. I seek to provide a space where your needs can be understood and responded to.
